MIC 2026 will live in the heart of Tampa’s waterfront district, co-located across JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and Tampa Marriott Water Street, two connected hotels designed for big moments and easy movement. Linked by a skybridge, this campus gives us the space to scale, the energy to keep the community together, and the kind of setting that matches the mission: where the next generation of military-connected leaders gathers to connect, collaborate, and create what’s next.
Together, the JW Marriott and the Tampa Marriott Water Street create a seamless “two-hotel, one experience” venue for MIC, with a skybridge connection and the combined capacity to keep attendees close to the action across programming, networking, and nightlife.
A block of rooms is available to MIC attendees at a special group rate of $229.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy.

Check-in at the Tampa Marriott Water Street begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge.
Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.
To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-800-228-9290 and request to cancel your hotel reservation.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

These companies DO NOT represent the Military Influencer Conference, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. MIC 2026 will be co-located across JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and Tampa Marriott Water Street, giving us one connected campus for programming, partner activations, and community.
At the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, core programming will take place in the Tampa Bay Ballroom.
At the Tampa Marriott Water Street, sessions and gatherings will be hosted in the Florida Ballroom and the Grand Ballroom.
Attendees will be able to move between both venues throughout the event while staying inside the MIC footprint.
Tampa International Airport (TPA) is the main airport for attendees flying into Tampa. From TPA, the MIC venue campus at JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and Tampa Marriott Water Street is roughly 8 to 9 miles away and typically about 15 to 25 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Ground Transportation Options
Ride-Sharing: Lyft & Uber $35+
Ride-share options are readily available from TPA. Pickups are located in the airport’s Ground Transportation quad lots (Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 1, Red 2) on Level 1 of the Main Terminal. Follow airport signage for Ground Transportation and Ride App Pickup.Taxicab Service – $25+
Taxis are available at TPA and can be one of the quickest ways to reach the Water Street area. Expect an approximate ride time of about 14 minutes, with estimated fares often landing around $25 to $30 depending on traffic and exact drop-off point.

Tampa Marriott Water Street offers valet parking on-site. Current published rates include daily valet at $55 and a short-term valet option at $35 (daytime only). Note: The hotel also lists off-site parking at the Pam Iorio Parking Garage, about 0.2 miles away.Nearby Public Garage Option
