Speaker Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in applying to speak at the 2020 Military Influencer Conference (MICSA). This year the conference will be hosted at the Marriott Rivercenter, from May 5-8.
Applications will close on January 1, 2021.
Program: The tentative schedule will have keynote sessions, TedX style talks, breakout sessions and workshops for which there is an application process.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only speakers or panelists themselves may apply to speak at MIC. Submissions from agents, PR firms, administrative assistants, etc. will not be considered.
If selected for a speaking opportunity at MIC, MIC Media will communicate directly with the speaker/panelists instead of a third party (agent, PR firm, administrative assistant, etc.) Furthermore, this will serve as the official agreement between the “speaker” and “MIC Media.” No other arrangements will be accepted.
In addition to speaking, all speakers, moderators, experts, and panelists are encouraged to (a) attend the Social on Wednesday evening, May 5 and (b) participate as a mentor in the mentoring program held Thursday, May 6th.
In exchange for the services provided by speaker, MIC Media agrees to provide each session speaker/moderator: one VIP Pass which covers the conference registration for the entire event (continental breakfast/lunch included, valued at $450). If you have previously purchased a pass, we will issue refunds by April 30, 2021. All panelists will receive an All-Access pass.
Speakers are responsible for booking their travel and accommodations, visit https://militaryinfluencer.com.
