The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is the main airport for travelers flying into Atlanta. Located just 11.4 miles (approximately 19 minutes by car) from the Signia by Hilton Atlanta, several ground transportation options are available to get you to the conference venue.

Ground Transportation Options

• Ride-Sharing: Lyft & Uber
  Ride-share services such as Lyft and Uber are available from ATL. Designated pick-up locations are easy to access at both the Domestic and International terminals.

• Taxicab Service
  Taxicabs are readily available at the Domestic Terminal. The taxi service is located in the Ground Transportation Center/West Curb, situated outside between the W-1 and W-2 doors. Follow the Ground Transportation signs to find the taxi queue.

If you plan to drive to MIC, there are several parking options available near the Signia by Hilton Atlanta:

• VIP Parking at the Signia
  The Signia by Hilton Atlanta offers VIP parking only, available for $60+ per day. This option provides convenient, premium parking directly at the venue with valet service.

• Parking at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) Decks
  The GWCC Orange and Red Decks offer additional parking close to the venue. Rates vary, and pre-purchase options will be available closer to the conference date. Since these decks tend to sell out, we recommend reserving your spot early.

• Other Downtown Atlanta Parking Lots
  Downtown Atlanta has several parking lots with rates ranging from $5 – $20 per day. Please note that these lots do not allow same-day purchases, and many sell out quickly. It is highly recommended to do your homework on where you choose to park, as some lots may have restrictions or limited security. Pre-purchasing your spot is strongly encouraged to secure parking.

• Additional Pre-Purchase Parking Options
  You can also reserve parking at nearby lots using platforms such as Spot Hero, Parking.com, and Park Mobile. These services allow you to book parking in advance, ensuring you have a spot before you arrive.

The MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) offers an affordable way to get around the city, including travel to and from the airport.

• Airport to MIC via MARTA
  From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, take the Red or Gold Line and transfer to the Blue Line at Five Points Station. Disembark at Vine City Station, which is just a 10-minute walk from the Signia by Hilton Atlanta.

• Traffic: Atlanta can experience heavy traffic, especially during rush hours (7 AM – 9 AM and 4 PM – 7 PM). Be sure to plan ahead if you’re driving or using ride-sharing services.
• Weather: Late September and early October in Atlanta can bring a mix of warm and cool temperatures. We recommend dressing in layers and being prepared for occasional rain.
