LEVELBasic Understanding

We've all heard the saying, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade". But what if you don't have enough lemons, water, or sugar to actually make lemonade? Sometimes in life, our skill sets, interests, and passions don't fit together nicely in a box, nor do they orient us to one specific career path - especially when you're transitioning out of the military and looking for a career that aligns with your passions and values. Although transitions can be terrifying, to successfully pivot careers, all it really takes is looking at yourself as a product you're marketing to those who hold the controls to the doorways you're trying to walk into (recruiters, hiring managers, and other key decision makers). Join this talk to learn how to apply marketing and communications strategies to your job search to land the career you want.
