SPEAKERS Michael HansenNational Director of Military Affairs, Power Home Remodeling
I’d love to join a panel discussion with other business leaders and converse about how their organizations retain, invest and acquire veterans and other military-connected individuals. The goal of my presentation is to be powerful and purposeful. I want the audience to think differently, ask questions, and take away tangible advice they can immediately incorporate into their organizations.I founded the Power Veterans Initiative (PVI) with the goal of capturing the best talent from the military to grow Power Home Remodeling’s national footprint and to advance the career development of veterans. Yet, making one differentiation was a priority -- PVI is a strategic business initiative that exhibits real ROI tapping into the unique talent that we normally wouldn’t get from traditional talent acquisition programs. I’m hoping all panelists will share their experience as well as takeaways on how to better engage and develop the leadership skills of our military communities.
