Veteran Tech Crisis

There’s an unspoken crisis in the military transition. For the last decade a booming tech market has made billions of dollars for investors in public markets and private markets, as well as the leaders of the companies that drove this prosperity. A disproportionately small number of military veterans have been able to catch this wave in high paying tech jobs. As a community how do we fix this pipeline issue, and where can we apply resources to further the prosperity of those who serve?
