Heide has a strong passion for leading change to positively impact the future. She exudes a strong foundation of leadership, business development, and engineering experience. Heide advocates for veteran communities by helping obtain access to opportunities that accelerate small business growth. She founded Skyra Technologies, a startup serving the Space Coast, to enable talented minorities to drive change and encourage diversity within the aerospace community.
