After retirement from the USAF in 2022, Trevor is a speaker, author, mentor, CEO of Military Might Publishing, and CEO of Summit Advanced Program Consulting. He serves as the Deputy Director for the El Paso County Salvation Army Advisory Board, is a member of the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Project Management Institute, the Colorado Springs Rotary, the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Council, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a Hiring Our Heroes and Onward to Opportunity mentor for transitioning servicemembers. He is also an Adelante Leadership Institute Fellow. He resides in Colorado Springs.
