Christina, Air Force veteran and Heart-Centered Leadership Coach, will teach about approaching mental and emotional well-being using an identity and values-based approach. Identity-based change, the most powerful form of change, is the foundation for shifting beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors in our lives. During this interactive session, attendees will create their own identity statement and do a values inventory in order to build systems to prevent burnout, prioritize high-yield self-care, promote personal growth, and navigate transition and change.

Christina Mattison is a Heart-Centered Leadership Coach and 500 hour certified yoga teacher. Her experiences as an Air Force officer and military spouse led her to create the Strong and Resilient Woman community – a space for movement, mindfulness, and learning to do better for ourselves. Christina is also the creator of the Lead Your Life movement – a transformational wellness program for female leaders in the military.
