Mark L. Rockefeller is the CEO & Co-Founder of StreetShares, America’s leading Fintech company focused on the military and veterans’ community. StreetShares provides: A technology platform to enable financial institutions to make loans with mobile, automated technology. Funding for veteran-owned and military spouse-owned businesses, SDVOSBs, and government contractor financing. Mark is also the Chairman of the StreetShares Foundation, which provides inspirational content, free educational material and business coaching, and competitive grant funding to socially-impactful military-community-owned small businesses. Mark started his career in the U.S. Air Force. Following 9 years of military service, and an academic stint at Columbia University, he joined the Wall Street law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy where he worked to return investor money following the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. Mark left Milbank in 2013 to co-found StreetShares with former Capital One senior executive Mickey Konson.
